Penstemon cardwellii


Native to Oregon and Washington, this penstemon forms an evergreen shrublet with serrated, glossy green leaves that turn blue or maroon in winter. Clustered blooms of tubular violet-blue flowers from spring into summer. Very easy to grow compared to many other native penstemons.
