Pycnanthemum flexuosum (Appalachian Mountain Mint)


A perennial wildflower native to the Eastern United States. "Fluffy" white flower clusters bloom in summer and attract butterflies and bees. Mint-scented foliage is used in traditional medicine. Unlike true mints (Mentha spp.), mountain mint is not an aggressive spreader and will not take over your yard. Deer resistant.


Requirements: Full sun to partial shade and well-draining soil. Drought tolerant.
