Description: perennial; allegedly a hybrid of Verbena canadensis discovered along a roadside near Abbeville, South Carolina and introduced by Goodness Grows Nursery of Georgia. Fast-growing and long-blooming fragrant light purple flower clusters in summer. Very popular with butterflies and other pollinators. 


Height: to 6 in. Spread: to 3 ft.


Position: full sun and well-draining soil


Uses: ornamental, to attract pollinators


Winter Hardiness: to 10 F and lower with sufficient drainage
