This was gifted to us in 1990 at a plant conference from somebody who had recently returned from Asia. As far as we know we were the first or very close to the first nursery to propagate it here in the U.S. We passed on a specimen to Holly Shimizu of the U.S. Botanic Garden around 1993.
Requirements: Full to partial shade and moist soil. Can also be grown as a houseplant.
Height: to 6 in. Spread: to 18 in.
