Description: evergreen shrub; a 1988 introduction by Thomas Debaggio of DeBaggio's Herb Farm in Arlington, Virginia. Described in the 1990 DeBaggio Catalog as such: "as the flower spikes develop, the pointed head is bent over as if nodding. As buds begin to color in late May, the head straightens up". Relatively slow-growing with fragrant, light-blue flowers on mid-length stems.
