Description: evergreen shrub;  part of the "Bee Series" released by Paradise Plants of New South Wales, Australia from 1997 onwards (marketed as the "Madrid Series" in Europe and the U.S. Upright, compact growth with dark purple corollas and light purple bracts. Tolerates wet conditions better than most lavender in Section Stoechas.

Sterile bracts: light purple

Bloom season: spring-autumn

Best Uses: landscaping, containers, rock gardens


Position: full sun and well-draining soil
